An industrial parts distributor had three subsidiaries whose data had come through two ERP migrations badly degraded. Working with a pricing expert, we rebuilt and enriched the data so it could be analyzed the way the businesses actually operate, which surfaced inefficiencies and gave them what they needed to restructure pricing and delivery charges for increased profitability.
For a prominent surgical program, we streamlined their application process. From ten surgeons and three directors reading up to 80 applications a cycle — with most of the field cut by a single test score before anyone read it — we arrived at a workflow in which every application is reviewed in full, with better predictive accuracy than the process it replaced.
