Current numbers, without the day and a half.

The data usually exists. Assembling it takes long enough that reporting becomes a scheduled event rather than something you can simply look at. So decisions wait until Monday, and the numbers everyone is working from are always slightly historical.

Problems it solves

  • Reports assembled by hand from multiple systems
  • Metrics that different departments calculate differently
  • Numbers you'd act on weekly if getting them didn't take a week
  • Dashboards nobody trusts because nobody can trace the figures
  • Analysis that's possible in principle and never done

Where you don't need AI

This is also where we most often tell clients they don't need AI. A well-built warehouse and a clear metric definition solve more reporting problems than a model does.
